I'd worked on this album for the better part of two years nat this point. Eventually it would almost take seven. Finally being finished in the Fall of 2019. It took forever to finish for too many reasons. I was however, partially satisfied with the results. Now if I can get a bunch together to play this stuff live, it'd be a small miracle. Industrial punk madness this is, and a deep reflection of the where the world, and especially the United States is today. Nothing glossed over, pretty or politically correct. It is, reality.
Ideas mostly I shelved as the more robust and formed material of Revolution and New Jerusalem came first. I did finish outlines,
some samples and lyrics for this album and would repeatedly come back to hack some more in my free time as things went on. I would finish these songs and add some new ones in 2022 and begin studio recordings.

Title cut featured some acoustic work of a neighbor of mine, the infamous DeBruin (aka the Flying Dutchman). First single and video from the work would be Go Cart.

Heavy and intense industrial punk metal. Thematic couplings paired with dramatic inlays. Probably some of the
best industrial music I had written up to this point. Every song was about a real-world, true life experience. This album began as me writing the first Los Angeles album to feature Philbro Calvin. Before he and I could begin working on the tracks, like within a week or so, Philbro died. The material languished for a couple of years with me touching on it sporatically. Then in late 2021 I decided to finish up the Tracks as an EP with the final title of the work simply Commando
