Tax Man Tyranny

In most nations you never really own anything.

You're allowed to claim title to many things. Yet no property, not even yourself, do you really ever own. You can argue the particulars, yet the overseers own all you are, or will ever have.

In most nations ownership of property, real and even virtual, as well as ownership of self and freedom is given to people who are part of authority. Like I said you can pay to "own" something for a while, yet depending on it's "value", ownership will be temporary, with restrictions, or straight up pay-to-play. This is but one of the reasons many people choose not to have anything in life, because literally you don't have it; you're allowed to enjoy and use it, if you've appeased and are in good standing with authority.

In the US, as in almost all national states, authority of ownership falls to determinations of oversight. Oversight means more than control, or power of, it also allows the authority to mandate requirements, and payment, for use of tangible property, including you (more on why you're property later) allowing you to exercise your "rights" and "priviledges". As you can plainly see, you will be reminded again and again, freedom is not free. Yet sacrificing in battle is not what we're talking about here.

Remember what I just said, about you being property? You say no one owns your ass? Guess again. You are numbered (a number is given to you for system priviledges, and to allow you to work, which is a granted priviledge also), used as asset and collateral by a variety of state systems, which have apparatus to finance, and control such finance and the monetary systems behind it.

The prior cold hard factual statement is why Free People by default require a Affidavit Of Truth as a counter statement and declaration that, no, my ass is my own. National states will state they've done and do for you so yes your ass is your own only if they say. Free People say no, even the planet and the resources those in authority plunder and sell back to us through their corporate masters are gifts of The Creator, as is true FREEDOM, which cannot be granted by any nation state, other than that of The Creator. Lest the folly of them charging and taking by force things which they do not own except by covetness, be plainly known to all and lead to systematic failure.

So, even for the powerful, it's a dicey game. You have responsibilities far as they are defined, but for the overwhelming numbers to be on your side, you have to do a bit of selling as to operations, and how you handle your responsibilities. That is partially why, in the modern world, we have endless wars, or the infamous "rumors of war" that nation states use to justify a trillion or more dollars a year for war machines. Trillions you say? Who spends trillions? Many nations, because a "defense budget" is not the only place where money is spent on the war machine. It's much more than that, the cost in lives, productivity and resources which could be turned to other pressing problems, so many things made harder, or impossible, because of the endless wars. All that adds up to far more than any annual defense budget, times ten.

Some nations are part of "pacts" which operate as perpetual warring machines. Even in "peace time" weapons development, testing and deployment will continue and employee millions warring against all kinds of things. Even warring against the natural state (aka nature). Many of these pact nations pledge a set percentage of their gross nationals, automatically guaranteeing hundreds of billions will always flow to this type of wide ranging authority. It's a mess, whomever's side you are on. Money that could be well applied in a progressive society is pledged to war, and the things war bring. Perpetual war does not give, it takes. Keep that in mind as you feed never ending wars. See what is behind those curtains. As I've said before, don't be a sheep.

Above all, authority must be maintained, which is a type of lifestyle all it's own. Most authority, even though it in many cases, has the purse strings and the money printer all in one, has other forces related to perpetual systems above it that must be dealt with. Not least of all which are people and systems in other nations where it is not the authority. Regardless of all this, and whatever, it, authority must be funded. To do this, it uses subjects, or citizens beholen to this authority, to do so.

In most nations (but NOT ALL), gaining this operational funding for authority is done through taxation.

People get emotional about taxation. The righteous will argue simple things, or nothing at all, cannot be done (double negative stands) without taxation. Spar spangled eyes see the great machines of war, and the prizes thereof, unachieveable without the levies. Those wanting to help the poor, disabled, and other folks and have resources for any and all problems, cannot visualize it happening without taxation on society as well as the individual. True, all or some of this may be. Taxation though, defines you. Here is how:

The system which has authority over processes and what you are allowed to do, is literally defined by the power it achieves through taxation.

Whatever else you may do, you will pay taxes.

To be allowed to be free and not under penalty, you must obey taxation.

Obey taxation you say? You mean pay? No. Not entirely. Obeying taxation means you do what is required of you by taxation authorities, and you do it correctly.

This does not matter if you owe money for taxes, or not. Since authority is dependent upon taxation to have power of authority above mere words, which is true for all forced compliance systems, even if you do not owe it, are honest with it, the authority of taxation can determine how you will live, if you may travel, and, going back to the first sentence of this article, what you may own.

While many believe, somewhat truthfully, that, long as you pay your taxes and report any and all business where income may be derived, take place, or be involved, that you'll never have trouble with taxation authority. That is true only as long as no one realizes, you can absolutely fuck someone's life up, just by wielding taxation authority as your weapon of vendetta. In the US, all it takes is an anonymous phone call, or filling out a web form, to make it all happen.

Now, to start with I'm not against all the good things you can and do get through funding of civil services via taxations. This is not about those things. I'm not one of those lefties or righties which see things only in black and white. I don't need lectures about how things work and why some of it is good. This is about abuse and misuse of something, taxation, which has been abused and misused since it's inception. We had revolutionary war here in the US almost completely caused by such abuse and misuse. As you will see, it goes on even, and somewhat moreso in vast complexity, today.

It is the beast.

It is prosecution of the poor, because people with money can sue to stop this type of harassment, and are capable of doing the support work, least of which is hiring capable lawyers to handle the job. This type of pay-for-justice is not in the realm of poor people. So the court thing usually is one sided.

Actually, it is far more. See, it is very easy to sic the hounds on people. Anonymous snitch lines have been around forever. Hate a motherfucker? Snitch on 'ees azz and tell 'em he's sellin' dope. Tell 'em he's got stolen property. You can think of all kinda things to anonymously tell on these tip lines. Taxes? Oh yeah, couple of ways to anonymously report someone. IRS investigates all reports. All.

Think about it. The Eye is a direct descendant of income taxation. Your taxes conceived, built, and operate, the war machine. Sad our country, as in where I'm from, among others, has decided to go with using technology in this evil assault type fashion. Yet power mad sociopaths care not. They need money, this stuff is not cheap in the long term. The funding for these horrible weapons does not come from the illuminati, billonaire loan clubs nor even the world bankers. It comes from your taxes.

Lawsuits about abuse being dealt are nothing new. Understanding that we're all paying for it, literally, is hard for many to understand. Especially people with misconceptions about the systems you live under. Many people think just because some of this goes on, that still over all, it's a good thing. It's called delusion, yet in serious situations, people tend to lose their minds and support what they want to believe and those who are telling them what they want to hear.

Now, ponder this long and hard. There is a mass amount of unethical things being paid for by taxation, beyond what has been declassified and proven. Some of this other stuff is so wide open, and easily proven criminal, it is simply amazing.

Take legal cannabis. Cannabis is still 100% illegal at this time by federal law. However, taxation authorities are collecting taxes from it, making them players in racketeering, big time. No, it's not legal because there is X amount that is considered a tax, per federal and/or state laws, that can and is being collected. The simple fact is this; criminal organizations tax illegal things and collect from implementation of these things into society, good or bad.

They're still illegal.
